SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

  • We offer free standard shipping through USPS first-class or priority mail. If you want the item faster than the time estimate shown in the listing, you can select a different shipping option at checkout. 

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from us. It will include a tracking number you can use to check on your order. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to appear.

     

    You may not receive all your items in one package, and if that’s the case we’ll send you multiple tracking numbers.

     

    If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please email us at support@imlivindlife.com  with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

  • Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we don't accept returns unless the item was damaged during shipping. If that occurs, you can send back the item for fixing or exchange. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, include photos of the damage, and ship the items back within 14 days of delivery. If the item must be remade, the colors and appearance of the replacement may vary slightly from the original.

    For any return or exchange inquiries, please email support@imlivindife.com ASAP. We address these on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll try our best to make sure you’re completely satisfied.

  • At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.
